Need help getting a 91' fwd get back on the road

Hi Guys,

Long time DSMer looking for a hand getting a 91 back on the road. The car has sat for several years and I've slowly been replacing fluids, belts, hoses, etc. The car won't start/turn over. The mpi relay clicks when I try and start the car, but I've replaced it and the new one does the same thing. Anyone in the area willing to help find the issue? I have plenty of mechanical knowledge, but electrical/tracing stuff is my weakness. Plenty of beer or whatever else you need! Off of leesville rd/540.

Yeah, I already worked off of that document, but I'm not an expert with a multimeter.....or wiring diagrams...
