hello, i'v just got my E11 ecu kit
i'll be isntaling it soon. fuel and ignition maps from E6k users would be very big help for initial tuning. it would speed up my fine tuning on dyno.
new E11 halwin software can import older ecu fuel and ignition maps
so if you have one please send me. it would be greate help !
and also write me what injectors and what fuel preasure you run
you can also write me if you want or have information on how much hp did you make with what setup :)
i'll share my information after instalation and tunig of this new unit :)

Try the Haltech user group. You are probably the only person on this site with the E11. :D

jeff

what user group ? you meen the forum haltech gives in support page ?
or is there any other place where haltech users gather ?
:dsm:

Damn!! Nice ECU choice.
Good luck with it. I would check the yahoo groups for some Haltech forums...

i would try the discusion boards but i thought that i could find maps here faster becouse of the application for 4g63 engine :) they talk much about very different ecus there. not sure if anyone has anything for me
and i need maps fast becouse on saturday i'll rip apart my car and put haltech ecu in and if i dont get maps by that time i'll make my own from zero.. it will just take alot more time to tune
Hitman is cool guy but he specialises in RX7 cars more as i understand he has no maps posted for 4g63 engine on his site 13BT rotary engines mostply :)
and yes ecu realy looks nice with any functionality you can think of except knock sensor :)
anyway i should be up and ready to roll on monday :)

i'v registered with that yahoo group. hope i'll not get flooded with spam :)

wow i havent notice they have got file section where they upload stuff :)
i might find something there too :) thanx StockSpyder they seem to have some basic fuel maps that is any way better then the one that comes with ecu software :)

haltech software is incredible... i'v seen most of them including motecs, autronics, electromotive and even AEM.. halwin beets them all. its simple and straight forward tuning software. 3d maps are easily editable everything is in logicaly easy to find places...
actualy it was one of most important factors why i'v chosen haltech and not autronic or electromotive or other brand :)
the day when i'll put it into my car is comming close and close i'm counting hours now :)

That has to be my only complaint with the AEM units, the system itself is pretty kludgy and on the high end of laptop resources. I love the E6k DOS interface, its just like an AFC, only you can adjust everything. We have a few E11s on order for the next few installs, cant wait to get our hands on them :) Good luck with your car.
