Name this video game!!!

Im searching for the title of this video game. It was mid to late eighties. It was a helicopter arcade game. You'd fly on a horizontal platform, then it'd switch to a vertical 3dish platform. You'd use a joystick like the pilots use. I've been searching all the freakin ROM sites to find it. One of my most favorite games as a kid. I think it also had a version where you could sit in a small "helicopter" and it'd move. PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ, if u recall this game or even have a clue of the name post up. You sure it was a 3D arcade game in the 80s?

Choplifter was the quintessential helicopter game in the 80s.

Zero Gunner (http://www.cosmicvideo.co.uk/zerogunner.htm) seems similar to your description, but it game out in the mid 90s.

not 3d..but 3dish..meaning it kinda shifts in the middle of game play in a certain part of a stage to a different platform...shoot this was a good 13 years ago...thanks for the replies guys...appreciate it..still racking my brain trying to find it..pz

thanks for all the replies...none on the money so far....a little more description (memory being refreshed...)

you go thru different scenarios like thru a town then to another area and whatever...it switches from a think either an overhead or a horizontal play to an in-cockpit shooter (kinda like ur strafing everybody) ...god this sux....plz keep suggestions coming....
