My a/c and heat not working

Can anyone help me ? My heat and a/c is not working on my 2G. I just brought a new resister but its still not working. Please help me. Thanks in advance

1. Have you checked all fuses under the hood and in the cab of the car?
2. Have you checked the buttons and the switches on the dash?

All fuses are good and yes i checked the buttons. How would i know if its the motor?
