Ok I have been having a problem with my 95 Eclipse GS. Lately it has been having a problem idling. It will not stay idling. And it seems to do better when the engine warms up. I have 100,000 miles and I just replaced the coolant temp sensor, plugs, wires not too long ago. I hear a clicking sound as the car dies. Now if I catch it just right and I hit the gas fast enough it will not die. But when it dies it will start right back up but not want to idle for more and 20 seconds. Then sometimes after it has died a few times and I have started it back up the check engine light comes on and then I can not take my car over 3500 rpm's. It acts exactly like a rev limiter. Then all I do is disconnect my battery for a couple of seconds to reset the computer and the "rec limiter" is gone. Also I have seemed to traced the clicking sound that I hear right before it dies to the fuse box underneath my hood. Is something shorting out or grounding out? It also seems to click and die when the radiator fans try to come on. PLEASE HELP ME!!! This is getting really annoying. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
