Wondering if anyone has some pics or recommendations for the piping. Picked one up for a decent price and before I go ahead with the install just thought I would see if anyone has any experience with them. I don't think it will be too difficult but now that I said it, it will likely be a pain in the ass. Thanks for any help in advance.

I hope you realize that the MK3 FMIC flows about as much as our stockers do. If not less. I would sell it and get a MKIV SMIC to be honest with you. Lot less hassle and will flow a ton more.

Atually I know a guy who did the MKIII FMIC and you have to consider this. The intercooler is going to be in the front of the car where it will get more air. Also because it is a FMIC it will have more surface area actually getting the air. I don't know where you heard that the flow was less than ours but I have never heard that. My buddy who did the MKIII FMIC actually did see gains just by adding the intercooler. I'll see what I can dig up on this install. From what I gather it was not hard.

Thanks. That's the kind of info I heard as well. It isn't the greatest mod but it is a good bang-for-the-buck mod.
