Hi so I'm looking for an opinion on these intercoolers, I'm looking at these https://www.extremepsi.com/store/Mishimoto-Universal-Intercooler-M-Line-31-x-11.75-x-

Im not sure what the difference is besides size also dont know which would be best for me
Its a 98 talon awd its not all the way back together yet

Hey easy :)
The dimension and core type, according to Mishimoto site.
The S-line is bar and plate core w/ 3" thickness, R-line is bar and plate w/ 4" thickness, M-line is tube and fin w/3" thickness.
Please refer the specs below.

I think the S-line or M-line would be fine for your setup. the 4" core would also be good if you plan to make a bit more power in the future. But as mentioned above, you would probably need more cutting to install and the radiator would get less air than a 3" core.

Well I ended up getting the R line, I was impatient already ordered it but I do plan on keep upgrading anyway so that works i was just worried I was doing too much getting the 4". Thanks for the info. Much appreciated
 
I have the R line and it is a big intercooler. When I was first inquiring about the intercooler I was told by a Mishimoto rep that the R line intercooler will support 1000hp+ but I don't know how true that is since I'm no where near there.
