Well finally saved up enough money for a complete megasquirt kit. I was saving for a turbo but after reading on the forums how many people really need something to tune their 420a's with I decided to just go ahead and grab the squirt. I just have a few questions to the people who are running it on their N/Ts,

Have you been successful in tuning the NT system with your Megasquirt?

How hard is it to really install?

Any major gains?

And what should i expect the down time to be when installing?

oh and anytips on the install

Many have had great success with tuning. It takes some time, you will need to wire in a separate harness. Gains are evident, as you can tighten up the fuel administration. Downtime is based on your experience in wiring, soldering, and tuning.

I have one suggestion. Build your own.

By building it yourself you will gain familiairty in how the ecu operates. and should the need for troubleshooting arise, you'll be an expert already because you built it! The directions for assembly are easy and well written. Start by building a stim board and then build the megasquirt :)
