EDIT:
Just realized that you have an ebay "bleeder" style mbc..
Please, please, throw it in the garbage..... seriously. throw it away.
Put the car back to how it was if you can, if not you can just run a hose from the wastegate to the jpipe (just stay OUT of boost if its like this). After that buy a normal mbc that will actually be beneficial. I recommend the recommend the hallman pro series but if you are on a budget a voodoo mbc on ebay is a great buy.

Wow. That mbc is mounted pretty far from where most people would mount it. But it's simple. 1 goes to boost source other goes to waste gate actuator. Forget the rest. But I wouldn't continue with the eBay parts at all.

Black B Voodoo V w Ceramic Ball MBC Manual Turbo Boost Controller 0 30 PSI | eBay

I have the same one (came on the car) yes its a bleeder type and like ^ said get the ball spring one I had nothing but issues with it I just took it off today after researching it for hours. It works different the idea behind the bleeder is it basically vents the air out so the wastegate isnt getting full pressure the whole time and the excess air is supposed to go back to intake you are basically trying to control a vacuume leak. Get the mbc as close as possible shortest hoses.

This is how you install it but you will have to unplug the boost solenoid. Were it say vent if you have a aftermarket air intake it should have a nip that's where it goes like injen intakes. I had the same mbc works for about 3 months then it would just boost over what it was set to on its own
