Manifold Questions...

Well its exhuast time... im ordering my tip tonight I will have custom piping and down piping made 3" but I am at a loss on the manifold... Of course i want the best go for my buck... i have a 95' GST... I need some input ive researched a bit but I want reviews from people who have actually used the products... what do you have? Do you like it? Would you buy it again? Why, why not? Also I heard a 1G manifold is better... true? Thanks!
