Lower Balljoints/Control Arm

When you purchase new lower balljoinst for a 90 AWD Talon are they the entire lower contro arm? Wheres the best place to get them?

If you go to the dealer they only sell the control arm at over $150 each. You can get just the ball joints at NAPA but getting the old ones out can be a PITA. I had to use a press after removing the retaining clips.
