Loud squeaking coming from engine

I had a loud squeaking noise coming from the engine, and I thought it was a belt. The belts are in good shape and plenty tight, and then I noticed the drive pulley was wobbling. I traced the noise to this. Then I thought it might be a bad harmonic balancer and searched some threads on here. While I'm pretty sure this is the problem, it would appear that my harmonic balancer is missing parts. Is there a difference in the HB used on a manual shift vs an automatic?
