Finally got this car running after the previous owner left it sitting for about a year. I let it run for about 10 minutes, then I decided to pull it forward about 10 feet. Right when it moved, I had a horrible knocking noise! I checked to make sure timing was on to rule out jumped timing and rods hitting the valves. It gets louder/more violent when I rev the engine. It sounded like it was coming from the head/intake, but then as soon as I made this video I got in and pressed the clutch and the noise went away. So this made me think it was a bad input shaft bearing or a throw out bearing. Only thing is, I held the clutch down and revved the engine and the noise still happened at around 3k rpms or so. From what I understand, input shaft bearings make the noise go away completely when the clutch is pressed. Then eventually it was hard to even replicate the noise until I'd rev it to 5k rpms or so and let it idle
Ive never heard a TOB go bad so I'm not sure if this noise is even possible to be a TOB or if its rod knock or what...
I drained the trans fluid later and it was dark grey, didnt see any shavings or metal.
Whats it sound like to you guys?

Then I turned the flywheel bolts, all finger tight/loose
