i was working on a friends dsm last night and noticed that he had looped teh four lines coming off the throttle body. the first line line looped into the second port and the third line looped into the fourth port. waht is the point in doing this? i want to get rid of some of my vaccum lines and was wondering if this was a feasible way of doing so?

you could do that or what I did was get some 1/4" Al rivets and riveted them in and now no more ugly vacuum lines....it also doesn't leak at all....worth the effort...just my $.02

I'm pretty sure you would be fine just capping them ports off. While your at if you mine as well block off the EGR and EVAP and stuff. Search for the taboospeedshop vacuum diagrams.
