Are you mounting the bov to the fmic? If not then why not make up your own piping*cheaper* and just buy a fm.. You live in the heart of the best welders yet you wanna buy a kit?

Yes I want a kit, I don't care for the hassle of buying the core, j-pipe, TB elbow, BOV flange, couplers and figuring out all the bends and straights I need, and then having my car at someone's house so they can take measurements and cut the pieces to length and weld them. Plus by the time I do all that, I don't think I'll be money ahead when used kits are $250-450 (depending on brand and condition).

The black car I believe is owned by Dan Kopeck. It is a very quick car. He has been in the dsm game for very long time. One of the originals from "back in the day". It is a shame to see him getting out of it.

$10,500 is actually quite a steal for a stroked DSM with a twin scroll HX-35. I'm at least at $10k including the price of the car and I'm still on the 14b.

Nope, Dean is not taking his car. The good news is I gained some weight savings. The bad news is that a removed the engine to get the gains. I will be pit crew for this event. To be honest I probably will never bring my car to Swift again unless I have slicks. The track felt like driving on ice when I went a few years ago.

I don't know, mostly money. It's expensive to insure and I want to buy a couple more things before I go SIR. And I still need to change out my proclassic fuel line for a stainless one. Plus I have to pay for school so I need to save up

I hope to have my car running by the end of the weekend and then I'll be going to both street legals left this year. I'm also normally on 8th street on the weedends. But yes, I would be up for a meet with whoever still has their cars out.

Been a while since I logged on here. Havent touched my car since swift to be honest. Bought a newer bike so thats been taking all my time.

Well that, and the transmission thing just has me discouraged so I dont really even want to work on the car right now.
