Hey Guys

does anyone know of somewhere online or in the bay where I can buy one of these for NOT 5 dollars. Stupid fitting is totally not worth 5 dollars since I have stuff that would work otherwise, just thought one piece would be cleaner than two.

also a plastic one like this would work but I'm totally not paying 15...

hmm I can't seem to find it on their website, have you purchased one from them before? I know I've looked at local stores like osh and home depot before and they have larger ones, but nothing this small. I'll try napa too

Home depot or OSH.

News flash- Brass, copper and aluminum have gone up in price over the past couple years. Fittings that used to cost .99 cents are now 3-4 bucks!

I've checked multiple osh/home depots around here, no one has a female barb fitting this small. The male version (both at osh/home depot and online) still costs a dollar and the raw material required for one over the other is not significant.

I'm not in a particular rush for this part either, so I'll eventually probably break down and get it from amazon.

I have.
Mcmaster Carr ???

Well I can get 10 for 12 bucks from them, I'd rather have spares kicking around anyways and now I can get other things I need from them too. I'll obviously check napa first but for anyone who wants to know McMaster car part number 5346K81
