My 1g got crunched by an uninsured buthead

Fortunately I had uninsured motorist on my policy, so it looks like my insurance company will fix my car.

Looking for a shop that can deal with a heavily moded 1g.

They didn't total that? I see a lot of cars get totaled just because of it being a older car it sucks but it always happens at the bodyshop i work at.sorry to hear.

Believe it's by the Autozone Between Pecks Ave. and the Autozone. Sorry about vague description, if your interested I can look into it more for the name and address. Live right down street from it. Just don't have car atm to go and check it out.

No, not them. BUT they are very awesome. I took my 2000 Ford Ranger there after it got rear ended, and they went above and beyond. Got my truck back and they fully detailed the inside and out. I was very happy with them.

The place I see the tricked out cars in front according to google map the estimated address is 6218 Evergreen Way.

They actually might be the same people and just moved now that I think about it. Can't read the sign clearly but it has the same color scheme.

If it is the same people I love them and if I ever had to take another car to get body work done I'd go to them.

So I see on CL that your looking for a shell. Insurance end up totaling car and branded title? There is a shell down in Seatac for $500 no roll cage though.

Yes, I am looking for a new shell.

There was too much damage to the car; the drivers frame rail was kinked and the shock tower is tilted forward.

I've been keeping a close eye on Craigslist and have looked at that car a couple of times.

It would be a possibility except for the pinched fender. I don't want to have to deal with any body work challenges. Paint is ok, busted up body panels - no.

Lol, I sold that guy my 1990 Talon a few months ago. In fact I may be buying that exact one in that posting this Friday. Going down to look at it Tuesday to see condition of everything. I dont mind the fender. And diffently need a project to occupy myself. Getting to depressed not having anything to do on my weekends. As Jack would say "All work and no play makes Drew a VERY VERY dull boi" Going insane not having a toy. My car I have now as a DD is to reliable and covered by a full warrenty for another year. 1999 Chrysler 300M. Even with gas prices nearing 4.50 here for 91 I still want a DSM. Though I'll try to find that one for 500 for ya in Seatac.

First the white 1g, and now this! ahhh!
I would have almost paid the extra $400 to have the car fixed! It was a pretty clean shell you picked up! Looks like you and I wont have that 1Gb black twin status anymore .

If your still looking for a body shop, precision collision on evergreen way they about 52nd and evergreen way. These guys do amazing work an I'm sure could handle a moded car

Way to many bad things happening to me lately, wish I could shake the black cloud following me around!

The fix involved sectioning the drivers side front quarter of the car. not worth it! I may have found a new white 1ga auto chassis that is in decent condition. I'm going to look at it tomorrow. Hopefully it works out.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I decided to just buy another chassis and swap my parts over.

Maybe I could bribe you helping me get the meth installed and tuned pretty good, as tuning is way over my head and I'm still old school SAFCII/keydiver (eventually Ill man up with link)
