led mirrors

Looking to buy a pair of LED mirrors for my 95 eclipse, i need them for inspections in my country so they need to blink orange\amber and be power. Whats the best place to get a pair that are cheap and work?So far i've found:

I have some m3 ones laying around brand new never used,and an extra one so 3 PM if your interested I want to get rid of them.

he didn't have power mirrors so i'm still looking, anybody try any of these with power is it just plugg and play and do they work allright?
