I bought an LED undercar kit and it came with a little 7 LED armed alarm lights, you know that mounts on the dash and goes back and forth when the alarm is armed. Only problem is I can't find a place to wire it in not matter where I try it stays on when the car is on. Where can I hook it up so it goes off when the car is on?

Do you have an aftermarket alarm or the stock Security system?

Aftermarket I would say it has to be tapped into the alarm system somehow and if its stock I'll see what I can come up with.

Run a signal wire from your cigarette lighter to a relay.

It's the stock alarm, and which relay will be a closed relay because thats what I need?

I don't know anything about wiring alarms. Most relays have optional contacts for normally closed or normally open depending on how you wire it. You would wire the relay so that the voltage provided when the car is on (such as from the cig lighter) would switch the relay and deactivate your light, until the car is switched off again.

Haha. This sounds like the front of "Kit" from knight rider with the lights going back and forth.
