Well the stock flexplate finally died on me. Held up for almost a year running low 11's, high 10's. I ordered a kiggly unit today. I'm wondering if I should have 4 more mounting pads welded to the converter. Do most run the kiggly flex plate with just 4 bolts?

I run 4 bolts on my kiggly plate just find, but that's me. i believe that precision convertors offer an 8 bolt convertor. m bender has a lot of good info on this subject. just a thought.

i'm running 4 with my kiggly plate with red loctite and tack welds

Last year I was just running the four with the same arp bolts as you.

I ran 4 with the factory bolts last year torqued to 120 ft lbs, and red lock tite. Never had a issue for 8 months.
