jeep TB question

sorry, im sure this has been answered before, but i was going to go turbo, then decided to stay n/a and started reading a few of these threads. i saw the one about the jeeps TB, and was wondering where to get one, and off of what kind of jeep. also whats the problem with the spring? does this bolt right up? from the little i do know about this, im assuming i dont want to go past 60mm, and i plan on doing a 2.5 exhaust in the near future. any help is apprechiated. sorry again for probably asking something thats been answered 10000 times.
