JDM Engine problem

I just purchased a JDM engine and am wondering if it will cause any problems if I don't swap the cam position sensor onto the new engine? Can I leave it off, or do I have to swap the cam and sensor? If it will run without it, I would rather not swap it over!

you are putting a 6bolt into your 2g dsm.

what a bolt statment for someone whose been here 4 months and made 12 posts..........................

you cut the wires, and splice them into the 2g harness.

there... now do you know how to do it?

a simple search would give you Links to pages at Magnus, RRE, ect ect ect. though the thread titles arent going to be "do i have to swap the cas, or someting like that. it takes a little reading.

if you cant find it, you arent searching. or you dont feel like sifting through.

a$$hole posts like the one you just made will not go over well. We get tired of everyone asking questions that 10 minutes with a search will answer 100%, Especially someting talked about so much as this.
