Itching and need some feedback

Well I guess I'll start off by saying I recently sold my last 1g, and am perfectly content with my 2g , but theres just something in me that just keeps bubbling to the surface.

About 3 days ago this 92 tsi awd popped up in the paper and I just thought "oh no" , it says 92 tsi awd, not running, $750. Now Im pretty sure I have anything it would need to get it running again. That basically sparked a huge brainstorm and now Im just sitting here like a little kid waiting to call tomorrow.

I guess Im just wondering if anyone else gets like this ever and what you usually do, or what you would do if you were me.

I just dont know what I should do, I need opinions or just feedback in general.

depends on what's keepng the 92 from running. If it's a 6/4 i'd probably pick it up.

See thats the thing, it could need a whole motor and I wouldnt care, because I have a 6 bolt sitting around waiting to go in something anyway. I dunno I guess Im just really looking for another project without actually knowing it. Damn this is an addiction like none other.

i would go for it. It will give you something to do, and you can always talk him down to $500 if its really bad and sell it for 3x what you paid for it.

I went through the samething. Picked up this rough looking beaut' for $350 running. Now it's getting a SBC.
