Is this my headgasket starting to go?

I was checking my oil today, and the dipstick looked like it had a greenish tint to it, i took the oil cap off and there was some milky stuff on the inside of the cap. Lately my coolant over flow can can seems to loose coolant rather fast and when i start my car up in the morning the the exhaust is a little white but goes away after i drive around for a while. Is there anyway to confirm this before i pull the head off?

do a compression test. If you're low in 2 cylinders that are right next to each other, then it's the headgasket. But if you have water(coolant) in the oil, a bad headgasket is a good indication.
