Driven that little you're sure it isn't just corrosion on the rotors and pads that hasn't worn off because it isn't driven enough?

All wheel drive chassis has a lot going on. Does the sound change with throttle/coast? How's the e-brake adjustment? Stock tire size? other mods?

Weak sound ,correct tires, no mods, started about 700 miles ago, maybe weather related, rubber bushings??the other morning it was gone, not unusual, but return 10 mile trip it reoccurred, not constant sound

I have a 1991 Eagle talon ,TSI,awd with 38,000 miles, put 2000, past year
Developed this sound somtimes, does not change with speed nor braking
Not much to go on, but appreciate any suggestions
Thanks

Turn out my problem was bad shocks/struts just hard to detect until they were removed and bushings were very bad shape, no bounce problem but upon removal it was obvious, hanks for your suggestions.
not a tire , it can not be heard over 20mph, sounds like it might be in the suspension, Going to garage next week ,any suggestions?
