does anyone know if this intercooler will hold up to 600whp (3.5)? im trying to save money where i can and when theres 1k interoolers this could definitely help with that. also want to keep my fog lights. i was looking at the ets 10.5 but even that is almost $600. plus it is certified to hold up to 1200hp which is double what im shooting for

Just because the "dimensions" are similar does not make them equal cores. Could be a crappy core design, vs density etc. A quality intercooler uses a good core (garrett, vibrant etc). A more dense fin design will yield better results than a simple bar/plate design.

But to answer the op's question, yes they will be fine for your build.

He asked about ETS intercoolers, I posted an article from ETS about ETS...
