Installing Energy Susp. MOTOR MOUNT inserts?

My engine shakes during launch, and am getting them stiffer so there wont be no slop and for better 60' times.

How do i got about install these Energy Suspension motor mount inserts on my 1G? do i just simply insert them in to the gaps?

According to RRE the 1g and 2g front & T-belt side are the same.

I replaced all 4 of mine with prothane mounts. The front one is an insert
but the other three u have to press out the old rubber inserts and press in the new ones. Takes about two hours with some air tools.

Just so u know not the best thing for a daily driven car. The whole
car vibrates esp. at idle, hard to see anything out the rear view mirror.

I kinda liked the "vibro-massage" feature at stoplights when I did mine, but my dashboard rattled, squeaked, and started coming loose.

If i do ever decide getting the stiffer Prothanes instead i would get the front 'insert' and T-belt side 'mount kit' from RRE ($50). I know the whole kit would be too much for me.

where can i get some nice motor mounts? anyone dealt with RRE?

My need :: money ratio better suites the ES mount inserts for $16.xx at ptuning. Just need to know how or where i go to get the old ones pressed out.

I got the front and rear inserts done on my car. Very easy to do. No pressing required. I got mine from summit. not to much vibration and the car acts alot better now. I got mine because of wheel hop. I havent tried it out yet to see if i have it anymore. i will next time at the track.

prothanes or ES? if you didnt get them pressed out did you get the inserts out then?
