i took off the stock side skirts and check to make sure the new ones line up, and i am not to sure where i am sopposed to bolt these to, on the bottom of the car there is about 2" from the bottom of the side skirt to the bottome of the car so i can't put bolts in there, i was wondering if i am sopposed to use a rivet gun, if any one installed these and has some good tips it would be appreciated, thanks

When I had mine on I just put a screw in the fender near the top of the skirt, but I knew I was gonna ditch the body kit so this was only a temporary fix. Depending on how much you like body kits, you might wanna have some screws put in the side to hold it to the rear 1/4 panel so it doesn't catch on the doors when you open them. Hope this helps.

I used rivet's for my temporary fix.....my paint guy was NOT happy! Mine are glued on and so are about any others. It holds up, just put screws or rivets in your wheel well. I also have 2 screws in each of my door jam's on the bottom. This made my kit more sturdier in the middle but one of them rubs against the bottom of my door, but no one will ever see that.

btw: my friend bought his glue from an auto body and paint supply store and did it himself about 4 years ago. Still holdin' up:talon:

If i remember correctly, we used one screw in the front wheel well, one in the rear wheel well, on top, each corner (so about 4), and on the bottom off the door, about 3 or 4 (these are at an angle). we drilled the screws furthur down so it wasn't level with the fiberglass, sanded them down, then bondo the tops of them, to level wit the fiberglass. hope this helps!

I have three screws in the front wheel well, 2 in the rear, one inside the rear part of the dor jamb, another inthe front, then used 3m tape to hold the top portion in place
