I have been staring at my bedroom ceiling for 3 hours and cant fall asleep, just like last night

Normally, after I have it im passed out. Or you can beat it till your spraying like a firehose. Basically, if you drain it, you will go straight to sleep.

agreed, or you could take a couple benadryl, or have a shot or 2 of your favorite hard liquor

a few shots of NyQuil may also help...or some type of sleep aid like in tylanol PM , also waiting to get into bed after you are relaxed will help. Keep the room nice and dark, try not to watch too much TV in bed...just save the bed for sleep and sex.

To go to sleep let us refer to our good friend alchohol. Wine & Bourbon does it for me, if you have any drugs those work too. All this fails go for Nyquil

get really warm about 1/2 to 1 hour before heading to bed through a hot bath or getting really warm under some blankets on the couch or something. then when you go to bed, make sure it's colder in there. not freezing cold, but enough to make your body cool down. raising your body temperature just slightly, (not core, obviously) before heading to bed, and then getting that gradual cool-down as you head to and get into bed should put you right out. sleep with a window open, too, even if it's just a little bit. or just toke.

Agreed take a shower/bath then go eat, then hit the bathroom. There all your needs are met. Now it is just a matter of seconds.
