Info on ATR exhaust

I just purchased an ATR cat-back, and I'm just waiting to receive it. I was just wondering if some would be able to tell me if it will bolt to stock cat. Also if some has a sould clip of it, I would really appreciate it, along with any other info.

Is it 2.5 or 3 inches? you should definately get a cat delete downpipe or a highflow cat and a new downpipe when you get your 16g on.

Sean Ivey had this exhaust on his 1st first gen. Very loud at wot,but very freeflowing.
