Ok I have had a hell of a week, my turbo breaks down on me with a bad ignition coil leaving me stranded for 14 hours on the way back from my g/fs. NOW I take the backup 92 Eclipse GS 5speed up to see her and AGAIN have the DSM woes :(. Ok here is the problem, car idles fine, no overheating, oil levels are fine. Car move in 1st and 2nd gear but will not move when given full throttle. I'm debating if this is either bad sparkplugs/wires or a horribly slipping clutch problem. The car seems to fall on its face when giving it any kind of throttle. We tested the coil two days ago when working on the turbo and the ohms are fine so I believe the coil is fine. Any help would be appreciated because I have to get this car home and not stuck at my g/fs house 4 hours away.

btw there is not clutch burning smell so that makes me believe it is something ignition wise on the n/t

yea I just picked up some new plugs to test out, I hope this works because I'm not wanting to pay to toe it back home :S....damn DSM woes...I gotta pick up a new daily driver LOL

Whats the gap suppose to be on a 7bolt nt?
