Ok over the weekend I put a balance shaft eliminator kit in my car (the factory version). While doing that I also put in an all new water pump, front cover gasket, oil filter housing bracket, crank sela and oil pump seal. I then put a new timing belt on and also resealed the oil pan and transfer case. After finishing everything up and starting the car up I had good oil pressure and no more leaks (which was why I undertook the project in the first place). Problem is my idle seems messed up now. It's almost like it's misfiring from having bad plugs/wires and real lumpy sounding like it's has big degree cams. All the timing marks lined up correctly and I turned the motor around by hand 5 or 6 times before I put everything back together and the timing was dead on. It did seem ok on a short drive less than a 1/2 mile, but it wants to almost stall at idle. No CEL's came on so far. Someone help me out. I haven't really looked it over yet, but I'm gonna after I catch some slep today (I work 3rd shift) so any suggestions or anything would be great. Thanx.

First thing I would check would be my plugs and wires. Then go from there. Do a boost leak test. From there check to TPS and ISC.

No boost leaks. I have a new TPS and the IAC is good. I have new plugs to put in I just need my bro to buy a new spark plug socket since he broke my old one. The wires also look fine.

you can try cleaning up the the throttle body with some throttle body cleaner or use Mopar combustion chamber cleaner, the combustion chamber cleaner fixed my motor from the same problem...

The timing ended up being a little off. Took it apart and retimed it and it's great now. Better than new. Thanx for the suggestions everyone.
