At the throttle body air intake area, a little below and to the right. There's a 4 or 6 wire plug going into it. That's where it's located at.
Why do you ask? Are you having flaky idle issues?

The AIS, IAC, and Idle speed control motor are all the same things just different names depending on year model and manufacturer. You may be posting here after reading my post about theory of idle control. If not then you may want to read it here:

There is an idle set screw on the 2gnt but I do not recomend trying to adjust it. All the idle problems on these cars, when someone has NOT tampered with that screw, are related to Idle air control motor partial or complete failure, a dirty throttle body, a bad throttle position sensor OR a vacuum leak. Adjusting the idle screw will NOT solve the problem. It will only cover it up until the condition gets worse and re-appears.

Furthermore, the BISS (Base Idle Set Screw) determines how far the throttle plate is allowed to close and the AIS/IAC/ISC is the little electronic gadget that controls the air flow bypassing the throttle plate under certain conditions.
