1G Hyundai intake and DSM intake the same?

I was at a junkyard this weekend looking for some parts with my friend for his Daytona. anyways. i popped the hood on a hyundai Excell and looked at the engine. The throttle body looked almost identical to the tb in the 1G DSMs, in fact, the whole intake assembly looked the same. i have been ttying to look stuff up and figure out if they are the same, but since i don't know what type engine is in the Hyundai I haven't found anything. Does anyone know?

The block shares the head from a 1G. Not the same block though. As a matter of fact they share the same valve cover. One of my friends had a valve cover with Hundayi written across the top of it where 16 Valve usually is. Nice conversation piece.. but that's about it.

If you use a Snap On diagnosis tool the adapter for the diagnostic port is a Hyundai adapter, which is kinda funny.

My moms inline-4 hyundai, has the same intake manifold as me as I can tell from the outside, internally I would hope mine was stronger.

Know this has been closed for awhile, but since it was kinda along the same topic, does the hyundai TB bolt right onto a 1G intake?? Someone is telling me that the Hy TB is 64mm, and would be a direct bolt on upgrade.???
