1G how to remove headliner?

does anyone have any ideas how to remove the headliner, the guy before me ripped down the thin cloth. so it was the foamy stuff that scratchs off, i took that off w/my shopvac. but i need to know how to take the board that the headliner mounts to off, i have the visors and interior light out, but the side pieces is what i need help taking off, thanks

if you pull on it hard enough it should pop out
