Anyone have a simple how-to on installing reverse indiglos on a 2G? Basically just need how to get the gauge cluster out, the wiring is easy. Thanks for the help.

basically just find the screws for the dash piece in front of the gauges... pull it out, disconnect any wires....
then there should be some screws for the actual cluster unscrew those and pull out the guages, you should be able to figure out the rest, just placing the indiglos over the existing gauges, and i wired the power to the stock dimmer switch which werked perfect....
oh and the trip meter reset just pulls out at least on my 1g ... don't try to pull it through the plastic and break the clear part... eek!
anyways give a yell if you are having any probs...

do your gauges glow like the ones in cadesigns sig? if so, where did you get them, i cant find them anywhere?

no, jsut the numbers light up blue for mine. I wanted the ones that you want but they arent made for a 9k tach.

oh yea and be careful with what you #### around with because either by coincedence or because of something i did my car does not idle ( it won't stay alive w/o giving it gas )..... don't know my pops thinks its something with the wiring for the gauge but I don't see how...

My friend has a 200SX with Indiglo, and he can't see worth a hoot at night (I hate driving his car after dark).

I had indiglos on my neon and they hurt my eyes at night after driving for a while. Thats why I got the reverse indiglos this time.
