How much money is it to...............

have items chromed?
--Does it have to do with area being cotated?
--Does it have to do with weight?
--Or is it time involved?
--Or all of the above?
Any one with chroming or having parts chromed please respond....i want to get my wheels chromed after a bit and need to know if it is worthwhile or pointless?

i posted a thread about chroming the stock wheels of my talon. Found out that its a pretty big waste of money. I was told that i was better off buying myself a nice new set of chrome rims. cheaper.

But it can be done if you have the cash, they would have to be dipped.
