Heavy ass car.

Mine was weighed 6 weeks ago @ 3015 with a 1/4 tank of gas and has a 52 front/48 rear weight distribution. Since then I have pulled maybe 20 - 30 lbs off the front. This was my 96 in autocross trim.

Holy sh!t! How did you accomplish this? 52/48? REALLY? Mine is 61/39 at 3173 lbs and cannot imagine how to move that much weight around. Are 2G's like this from the factory or have you done a ton of work?

Nothing too ingenious. I have really lightweight rims for racing. I moved the battery to the back and replaced the stocker 43lb battery with a 23lb Baker Precision battery. The car has cloth seats and no sunroof. No balance shafts, no rear seats (for racing only). That's about it. I am confident that if I really set myself to weight loss, I could get 2800 fairly easily (AC removal, new hood, race seats, and some other misc stuff) and still keep it plenty streetable.
