Four in the past year, probably could be more, but it hasn't run in 9 months.

Mine has seen the flatbed 4 times since I bought it in early June.

had to trailor it home the next day. I love my dsm .

I've owned mine since 98 and it's only been towed twice for break downs. The many, many other times it's been to the shop has been under its own power.

Had mine two years now, and 40,000 miles later I'm glad to say it's never been towed. And even better has only left me stranded once. But that was when I just got the car back and the shop blew my alt fuse. New batt and fuse all was good.

1 year, 9 months...20,000 miles... Never towed. Never broke down.


My first DSM...90 TSi AWD...was towed probably 4-5 times in the year that I owned it.

I did the same thing...I bent my passenger side Lower Control Arm!! LoL..But i drove it home..Car was sideways the WHOLE WAY...It was insane!!! But, as for a tow...NEVER..knock on wood!!

Owned the car for about 8 months before mine saw the flatbed. Mine was due to a sketchy CAS rewire by the previous owner. Easy fix, dead reliable every since.

Twice from me. It's been in my possession 1 year, 6 months.

2 times in the year that i've owned it.

1. no gear oil in the tranny and i was on the highway. good times.
2. rear ended someone badly and totalled the car. fixed it myself anyway.

I've owned 2 DSM's for a total of 5 years and my only tow experience was the first day I got my 2g. Oil pan bolt came out and I lost all my oil on the highway. So it's been 5 years since last time.
