how do i build a leak tester. i looked on vfaq and couldn't find it. i think i have a leak somewhere b/c after 3000 rpm the car is just sluggish. i have the boost turned all the way down b/c i don't have a boost gauge yet but on the stock it says like 12 but its still sluggish. any help on how to build or what my prob might be would be appreciated
