Just wanted to know how can I change the way the clutch grabs and also its engagment point.

Turn the rod that connects the clutch master cylinder to the clutch pedal assembly. Don't forget to loosen the locknut first tho.

My 1G was very grabby as well, so I don't know if adjusting will help that any. As for the adjusting:
