horrible engine problem after put a jdm 2g Engine

i bought a longblock 2g 4g63t engine, after my friend transfer everything to the jdm engine. after he put on, the engine shakes a lot(like miss fire or spark plug, injector problems) i bought new spark plug wires, spark plugs, checked out injectors, but still works like that. somebody said is the ECU no working on JDM engine(but its exactly same engine).
they might give me a 4g63 nt engine , but still won't works like that..
do you know what will cause these problem? or do you know any specialist shop for 2g dsms in Los angeles...
help!!!

bought a engine from ASAP motors , that's only a longblock. i paid to my friends shop to transfter every parts to the JDM 7 bolt engineB after he put everything in my car, the engine starts but shakes a lot( like misfiring, i put new spark plug, wires) then i went a shop to got disnostic, they said the problems are idle speed actuautor and the o2 sensor! then i went the Misubishi Dealer bought a idle speed actautor after i installed it, same thing, still shakes, if i put gas the shakes a lot and very slow muffler sounds horriable. i went back to the dealer today, the refused to return this for me said only give me the credit. the bad thing is when i was driving to home, the battery on my car was gone, i pull the car over and called AAA to towed my car to the dealer! gosh , the dealer will charge a lot!! so sad
i posted few thread in this forum but nobody answers.
1.Alternator is not working, after the battery is gone then the car stops, put new alternator still gives no power, somebody said is should be the connector, then i unpluged the battery after i turn on the car ,still car will off. means alternator dosent give any power.(new battery, new alternator)
2. is the 95 Talon ECU will work on JDM 7 bolt engine, i am using stock intake manifold, turbo, pully everything.

Motor shaking, I know this may sound dumb, but are all the motor mounts connected and bolted down tight?

anybody here can help me make sure the stock ECU will work on my JDM engine?(stock 2g talon ECU with JDM 7bolt engine) the JDM engine is exactly same as the stock engine but the different is the oil lines for the turbo is blocked on the engine side, the seller told me JDM using water cooling turbo.
other question is the engine shakes doesnt mean the engine has some problem? i didnt hear any unnormal noise from the engine, it only shakes and when i put gas the muffler sound horrible, like working in 3 cylinders.
i am sure all cylinders are firing now, cuz i tried to unplug the spark plug wire, injectors, i can see the dffierent.
help me!

You ran the codes.... and you said that the 02 and ICA were bad.... then you said you only replaced the ICA, did you ever replace the 02 sensor?

the tech in the dealer said that the o2 sensor could cause this idle problem but shouldn't bad like that( my car is near no driveable).
