Hit the track last night!

I dont think I did good at all, being it was my first time racing at the track an all but heres how it is. My first run I ran a 15.6 with a R/T of .349 an a MPH of 94.10 then I ran a 15.194 at 96.20 then my last run I ran a 14.850 with a MPH of 97.05 so can anyone tell me whats wrong sorry for the stupid post I just thought I coulda done better!

from the sounds of what you said, its all in the launch. with high 90's traps you should be in low 14's - high 13's

what are your 60' times?
what RPM are you launching at?

In your profile it says that your 60' os 2.165.

If you work on that and get your launch down. Then you will be much better off.

yea my best 60ft was a 2.165 an I was launching at like 4500-5000rpms but I couldnt get the launch perfect it would buck a little then go

Learn to slip the clutch a little better. It looks to me like your starting to slip it but when it grips you let go, that is exactly what I think my problem is too

you didn't log RPMs? I think you might get a better sampling rate on your logger if you only log the necessary parameters.

Oh.... I see it now.... It was lost in the 13 other parameters.

It looks like your main concern is your launch technique.
