Resolved High flow cat will pass?

I have obx high flow cat, I brought it for my 420a but sold it and never install it. I was thinking to cut the flange and weld 3" flange for my gst thermal exhaust. Before I do that, do you think this high flow cat will pass emission? I mean there nothing inside. :idontknow:

Yea if that was a cat, you wouldn't really be able to see the other side due to all the "filtering" media inside of it. Autozone can get universal high flow cats from magna flow I believe

I seen dsm's pass without a cat if the are burning clean not proven just told that

Had the same thing in my car passed emission via obd hook u and visiual inspection but didn't try it on turbo. That one passes visual because theirs a 02 bung connected to it rather than just a pipe
