    Hey boys!
The name is Dree Location is Cincinnati.
I currently drive the first car I have ever owner and in my opinion it's not a bad first.
I drive a 95 GSX AWD Automatic.Yes I am aware I lost cool points by saying that. Due to the fact that I am a female and I have a sweet car but its not a 5 speed. Oh well. I currently do not have any pics up yet but they are soon to come
As for mods as you can see my car is completely stock but that is about to be changed as well.
    I would love some replies!!!!

Welcome. To me and auto is a plus. I would rather have an auto if they where around. Auto is good for someone like my self who isn't interested in breaking the land speed record at the track. I love my car to just jog around town in and go the beach on good days. Welcome once again!

Actually the new cool thing is to swap to an Auto there are several people who have done it. It makes for a faster 1/4 mile car and is not as harsh on the drive train.

    welcome by the way

Eh eventually I do wanna break the land speed record at the track.
    Eventually mind you.
So I will probably be asking for a lot of advice about my car.
So far my car has 160K on it. Should a rebuild kit be necessary at this point?
    Suggestions would be great!!!

Welcome. Nothing wrong with auto. I'm swapping to auto on mine. If your car doesn't burn any oil or coolant, compression is good, I'd say keep driving it and hold off on the rebuild. My car has 200K on it and going strong. I would do maintenance on it like the timing belt, flush the fluids, oil change, plugs, wires... Things like that. Oh yeah, and POST PICS!!

Automatics can do one thing that a manual cant. Hold boost between shifts. That earns some cool points back ;)

Hey that is very true. Love it
    I also Love Atomatic Launches.
Yes I know 5 speed launches are better but a lot of people were impressed with the ones I was doing at the track!

Thanks alot. I appreciate the kind comments.
As for pics I don't know if I can do that now that I have seen ya'lls cars. They all are much prettier than mine.
I am also a member of the 4g61t forums. I figured I would actually come to a DSM forum and see what it was all about.
I will take some pictures here soon. I am sure as you all know Ohio was hit with an ungodly amount of snow last month and today it is 65. I HATE the MidWest!
I will be giving my car a bath soon and then I will get some pictures.!!

Yeah I recently did my plugs and wires!(Myself) for the most part. I also just did an oil change.
I'm not getting oil burn. I would say it is good for now except for the bad wheel bearing that I am fixing this weekend. As for problems when it was colder it would do this thing where when I put it in reverse it would die when I went to put it back in drive? Not to sure why. But it has been better since it warmed up.
