when im at idle i tapp brakes interior lights flash and car feels like its gonna die when i get off brakes it idles fine???

Sounds like a battery problem

Your alternator might be going. same thing was happening to my sisters car and when I replaced the alternator all was well again.

i got a new battery and a new alternator still same problem i have no idea no im clueless i have a volt meter in my car and its voltin at 16 then, when i drive it and put it in neautral it dies when im not movin its idles ok
