Help with safc *QUICK*

Just installed an safc in friends car and seem to have problems with it. We have read the writeup on RRE and still seem to have no luck. We can't get the car to idle and it is running extremely ritch. What sensors do we select, hot wire, pressure, ect? The throttle responce is horible. Running stock injectors, fuel pump and t25.

Zero it out all the way across until you have someone there who can help you.

switch the sensor type to "karman". that is the culprit of every problem you have stated. when i first got mine, i turned it on and got a CEL, engine moaned and groaned, wanted to die, and all kinds of funny feeling shit. i had no idea what i was doing, i was just excited. i started going through the menus and found that you had to select your sensor type.

i wonder why you guys are needing an AFC on a stock or close to stock car? don't change any of the fuel % until you have some way to monitor the engine condition.

( This is for a SAFC II but the general premise of setting it up is the same. Here are some of the base settings : )

4g63 : etc settings
cylinder : 4 *arrow upwards and to the right*
Throttle Settings : 65% high / 35% low ( what we recommend )
Sensor Type : Karman.
