help with ecu

anyone know how to check the ecu and make sure it is okay. i have a 97 2.0 turbo. wont start. i have power, checked all the usuals already. cas, coils, plugs, wires, etc...

i just really need some help plz.

If its an early model, it still has a case you can open and visually check, the later ones have a black sealed case. You should be able to peak and see. Check to see if you have spark and fuel first.
