hey guys i have been spending a couple of days trying to tune my new setup. evo3, 18 psi, walbro 190, pte 680's, safc2. i have got my low end rpms (2000-3200) good. and i have my high end rpm's tuned well(5800-redline). however, when my boost kicks in at about 3250-3300 my timing drops to 9 or 10. then it very slowly increases to 15 at 5800rpm's. i've been told that when i hit full boost my timing will retard, however, the car is not picking back up and is stuttering in the midrange rpm. my o2 volts have not been steady enough to read and determine lean/richness. i'm wondering if any of these problems could hafta do with a swapped 02 housing and sensor, and/or my sparkplugs? i am pretty new to tuning, so i could use all the help. sorry for the long post but i am pretty specific as to my problem.

The O2 sensor is not used by the ECU at WOT, so don't worry about that. Also, trying to tune with the stock narrowband sensor is pretty much useless. It can, sometimes, serve as an ok guide but for the most part I would ignore it at WOT.

Can you post up a log showing timing, airflow, rpm and O2?

The only reason I ask for O2 is that you said there is something weird going on with it.

the reason why i didn't post it is because for some reason when i hotsync, my logs are not being transferred to the computer. because when i check in my backup folder under my account their not there. ill try again, but if i can't get them to work, what kinda airflow am i looking for to indicate what i need to adjust?
