I am trying to find this oem part but I do not know the exact name of this part (sorry for my poor technical english!). I am interested to buy a complete set by ebay or in a on-line DSM parts shop that sell worldwide. Somebody knows the name and can give me some suggestion to me about where to buy?

They're called either mud flaps, or splash guards. Hope that helps, and good luck.
